Yesterday Night I have upgraded all my switches , but 1 of my 16AMP switch is not responding, I have tried manual reset by long pressing the reset switch as well but no luck, I think the firmware has been corrupt , now how to flash a new firmware or do a factory reset with original firmware ? Please assist
Hello @Hiren You are probably right , we will have to reflash the firmware. There is no easy way to do it yourself. You will have to send us the product.
