4node switch shows offline, even though connected to internet

Tinxy 4node switch shows offline, even though connected to internet. Getting all the scheduled turn on/off trigger notifications to my phone. But unable to control the device from Tinxy app coz it shows offline. Also unable to do firmware update…many options are greyed out.

Able to see all activity logs in the app, which means device is actually connected to Internet.

Hello @Sarfraz Seems like you have reset the device last night ? Are you all set now ?

Yes I have reset as I was trying to change the wifi router it was not updating so I tried hotspot method and did reset still it has not taken.

Will you please let me how to troubleshoot this.

Today it shows online but when I tried to switch on the lights it’s not working.

Please call customer care. This is odd behaviour.
