Door gets unlocked on its own. It happens when unlock button in tinxy app doesn’t come to its original position. It come back after some time and unlock doir on uts own and creates a security risk.
This happens because of intermittent internet disconnection . When you turn ON a device, the server stores the request and publish it whenever the device is available.
We understand your concern. So we will be updating the app very soon. This will impact Door locks only. Switches will continue to function as usual.
A new app update fixes this issue.
