Recently got a 4 node with fan regulator.
Wirings are correct but i dont get an option in the app to regulate the low, medium and high speed. When i press the fan icon it just doesnt do anything. I cant switch on/off the fan though via app but speed i CANT
Did you call customer care ? Check model and share screenshots of the menu. At the top there is model name and firmware version
