Horrible Experience

I ordered the Tinxy 4 node fan regulator and received the 6 node the first time. I believed it to be a human error and ordered again from Amazon. The second time I received a different product as well and a used sticky product. The product was so nasty.

I am willing to provide my Amazon order ID for investigation in a private chat and hopefully I will receive a NEW CORRECT product that I order.

This is the sole reason I didn’t order from your website. If the product is not available just list it as out of stock, why make people buy, waste their time and send wrong item deliberately?

Due to account restrictions, I am able to post only one image and I received the above in 4node fan regulator product box.

We have no control over what Amazon ships you.
The items on Amazon can be shipped from.

  1. from Dehradun warehouse
  2. from amazon inventory
  3. Click tech retail

Some fraud customers return faulty products in return for new ones, the bad ones get circulated over and over again. The person at Amazon FBA decides if the returned product is good/ bad without testing it.
