How to configure Tinxy as Master control in mobile app

I want to configure Tinxy as the master switch.

  1. If I turn OFF Tinxy via the Mobile app, I should not be able to turn on/off the device via a physical switch.
  2. If I turn on Tinxy via the Mobile app, I should be able to turn on/off device via a physical switch.

I am not sure how much this is possible, Mohit or someone from Tinxy can confirm on this. AFAIK this is not directly possible. If it’s single node 16A switch you can disable the physical switch or enable it from App. You may enable the manual switch after turning on the switch from the app. What is your workload? If you are planning for entire house check your workload before doing this.

I have latest version of Tinxy app installed on my Android phone.

I don’t see an option which allows me to Disable manual switch.

not the typical solution, but if you are out of options, you could use a 2 node tinxy and use one of the relay output to the switch. that way, the second relay will always control power to the switch. I use a similar (not exactly like I explained in this reply) setup to cut power to tv so that my kids will not turn it on unless I want them to.
