I have several Tinxy products including Lock,Switches,Baton for a couple of years.
All working fine.
Recently there was Firmware upgrade to 6.8
I applied upgrade to all wifi switches and lock.
All switches got upgraded fine.
When I applied upgrade to lock controller it got offline and hanged.
I don’t know if it got upgraded or not.
I tried to switch power supply to lock controller Off and On several times but
the lock controller remained hanged.
Then I tried to reset the lock controller several times but it won’t reset.
I shut down the router and tried to reset but nothing happens.
The green light in the lock controller remains on constantly.
How can I reset the lock controller so that I can start using it again ?
Power cycle the controller . then try. Turning off / on the mcb should work.
