I have wired the device. The wifi works but the manual switch does not work. What could i be doing wrong here?

I have wired the device as per instructions. Waited for the led to glow, connected to wifi. The app can control the switches, but they won’t work manually. Turning the switch on and off manually doesn’t work. It still works when i turn it on or off using the app. What could be the issue here ? Am i missing anything ?

Make sure N has Neutral wire and L has Line wire . Also make sure switch is connected to Line only.

I made sure both things. I have 4 nodes switch, out of which 3 are working via WiFi and Manually both. But 1 switch is only working via WiFi.
