Issue Tinxy on off switch working as toggle

I recently purchased TINXY 4 NODE with fan regulator and with rf remote.

There is a software issue with this device which is really frustrating. This is not the case with other Tinxy 4 node switch without rf remote.

Switch on this device behaves like a toggle switch. Instead of actual on and off switch

This causes ON and OFF indicator on app to be out of sync with actual status of the device.

I am also facing similar issue with one of my single node switch. I have updated the firmware to v7, still the issue exits. Whereas My another single node switch with v6 is working good.
