I am not able to setup my newly purchased tinxy device. Every steps I am following as per instructions but at last I am getting error message. Please refer to the image attached and advise if anyone else also faced such issues with their device. also advice how can we get solution for this issue.
Don’t give all switches same name. The Device type can be same however the names have to be different. I could see you mentioned as Fan as the name for all of them in the screen shot. If you can’t give meaningful name then try them as Fan 1, Fan 2, etc.
