Hi I purchased this product, everything seems to be working except the RF white remote.
I am able to pair the remote via APP but its not triggering ON/OFF functions.
Through your customer support, I got an replacement remote. But this one also not working.
Any help is appreciated
Did you try to control any non fan node ?just on / office ?
tried with light and socket as well same result. No triggering. I am able to pair the remote, but it is turning on/off.
your device would have to checked in person . Please send it , we will fix it
