I am seeing option “remotes” in tinxy smart switch. How to use it?

You will have to buy RF supported hardware.
And buy any one of the following.

  1. RF Remote
  2. RF motion sensor
  3. RF door sensor

Recently I brought 3nos,4node tinxy retrofit smart switch. Does these have RF supported hardware? If yes how to connect. And if not where to buy this hardware?
Also need RF remote, where can I get it?

If you bought it without remote/ sensors you probably bought a non RF node. Please call Customer care, they will ship you a RF node if you want. Whenever you place an order.
