Yesterday I purchased Tinxy 2 NODE wifi switch.
While setting up, I was unable to pair using the smart configuration method. So I tried the AP method, but I am getting the below error.
I reached out to customer support, but the call was not satisfactory, and I am still stuck on this page, and the error message is generic.
I am connected to wifi with location on and mobile data off; all node type and names are different
I was facing similar issues in the past. One simple trick you can follow. When you are trying to add the device just accept the default name for the room and the devices and try to add. It will get you added. Later you can rename it as per your requirement. Let me know how is it going.
