I recently purchased a 4-node Tinxy switch and installed it alongside my existing Tinxy switches, which I have been using for the past two years. However, after installing the new switch, I noticed a problem: when I try to turn appliances on or off, they do not respond immediately. Instead, it takes around 2-3 minutes for the relay to start working.
Initially, the switch functions correctly for the first few on/off cycles, but after that, it suddenly stops responding. The appliances fail to switch on or off, and the relay does not react to my commands from the app.
I contacted customer support, and they informed me that there was no solution except to return the switch. So, I returned it and got a replacement from Amazon. However, the new switch is also not responding properly.
At first, I thought the issue might be with my Wi-Fi router, but all my other Tinxy switches are working perfectly fine. It seems like only this 4-node switch is facing problems. Could there be an issue with the new version 7.5, or is there another reason for this malfunction? Please let me know what could be causing this and any solution for this as I have purchased two four node switches which are lying unutilised with me.
