Unable to switch on off from app

Help me I can’t on or off my tinxy switch from phone. I changed my home router name. From then this problem has started.
Everytime when I go to switch on off from mobile this message came and nothing work. Please help me to sorted out this problem without open the switch board.

You router doesn’t seem to have internet. If it does , try turning off device and router. Then turn on router , after 5 min power on device.

Brother, if you have changed the Name or Password of your router, you will have to reconnect the smart switch with the router, as it will not recognize the new name or password. You have two ways to reconnect it.
Either you can use the reset switch on your smart switch and set it up as a new device or you can select the option of “Change WiFi Router” in the Tinxy app under the smart switch settings but first, you will have to create a hotspot with the old name and password of your wifi router in any phone so that the switch becomes online to make changes.
I recommend the Reset method if that is not a lot of hassle for you.
