Wiring for 16A geyser switch

Folks need help,

For my new 16A geyser switch I am confused on the right wiring diagram and if the switch is DOA.

When I connect as per the wiring diagram in the box, all I get a blink of a blue led… the green one does not light up. If I follow the one given as per the YouTube video for 16A, just nothing happens. Is it DOA?

The YouTube is a old one. Use the one in the box.

Try to pair the device or call customer care. May be the led has gone bad but everything else works.
