Could Someone Give me with Tinxy Smart Switch Integration with Alexa?

Hello there, :wave:

I recently installed a Tinxy smart switch in my living room; and it works perfectly with the Tinxy app on my phone. Although; I would like to expand its functionality by integrating it with my Alexa device. I have read that Tinxy switches are compatible with Alexa; but I am facing issues connecting them.

Updated the Tinxy app and verified that the firmware on my switch is the latest version.
Connected Alexa to the same Wi-Fi network as my Tinxy switch.
Enabled the Tinxy skill in the Alexa app and attempted to link my Tinxy account.

Also, I have gone through this post; https://forum.tinxy.in/t/home-assistant-integration-for-tinxy-uipath/ which definitely helped me out a lot.

Despite these steps; Alexa is not detecting the device. Has anyone experienced similar issues or have specific steps to resolve this? :thinking: Also; if there are any compatibility factors I might be missing; I would appreciate any advice.

Can you share a video showing the problem ? You are not missing anything . You can also connect to alexa from the app itself. Just goto to menu then alexa linking

Same issue. Here also opening the Alexa connect setting through the Tinxy app does nothing
